Inner Foundations Therapy

The IFT THERAPEUTIC model, practice and ultimate outcome is a co-creative series of sessions, interactive and focused on re-paterning and rebirthing your true incarnated self.

By understanding the natural flow of energy and your life force in a way that is reflective, positive and cathartic catalyst of change. A different charge of energy is reignited through deep source healing, and your true self and Vital Life emerges.

Awareness Seminars

The Awareness Seminars are for both Practitioners as well as Clients. This would be held on different days, as the techniques and content will vary.

Practitioner Seminars – these will cover an overview of the IF Practitioner Diploma. The Seminars are to provide an understanding of the areas that the IF Therapy will cover and how it is implemented. It is not providing a qualification to practice IF Therapy.

The cost of the Practitioner Seminar is £75 for the day. The day begins at 10.30am and finishes at 5pm. Refreshments will be provided. Please bring a lunch. Numbers are capped at 10 people per date.

Client Seminars – these are different to the Practitioner Seminars in that they provide the client with an overview of what IF is and how and where it can make a difference to their lives.
