  • Foundations of Foods and their compositions – this includes a depth of training in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, water, fats and foods that are commonly called ‘superfoods’.
  • Environmental factors and Nutrition
  • Dietary Factors and Nutrition
  • The New & Ancient Science of Nutrition – energetic understandings affecting our foods (not to be confused with calorific understanding), Anthroposophical, 5 Elements, Ayurveda, modern and contemporary philosophies on foods.
